Passes and credits activate once prepaid by Cash App ($PayRollingHills), Apple Pay, or PayPal (@OffEarthLLc). Your balance rolls over and never expires. Pack rates are honored for 90 days — after that, any remaining balance converts to dollar credit at current prices. Credits are prepayment, not priority: all rides book through the normal notice rules and calendar. Pass slots are capacity-limited — when the morning window is full, it's full.

Book ahead. Standard bookings need 12 hours notice; Quick Trips lock in by 8 PM the night before. Inside 12 hours? That's a Rush Ride — +$20, and it depends on availability and where I am. Call or text 213-421-8619 for a quick quote. Under 2 hours, definitely just text.
Deposits hold your slot. Night Out, Half-Day, Full-Day — and any ride quoted over $100 — are confirmed with a 50% deposit (Cash App, Apple Pay, or PayPal). No deposit, no reservation. Cancel 24+ hours out and it comes straight back.
Cancellations. Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, the deposit stays with me. No-shows owe the full fare.
Up to 4 riders. That's every seat with a belt. First two riders are included; riders three and four are +$5 each. Kids ride in a proper car seat that you provide — that's state law, no exceptions.
Respect the car. No smoking or vaping. Crumbs and small spills are part of the job — no charge. But if the car needs a professional deep clean (yes, that means throwing up), it's a $300 fee: the detail itself plus the bookings I lose while the car's out of service. The Night Tab covers the first $150; the rest is owed before you ride again.
The Night Tab. Night Outs start with a $150 refundable tab, collected at pickup. Extras — added stops, extra miles, overtime past your four hours, a needed cleaning — come out of it at drop-off, and whatever's left goes straight back in your hand. Standby waiting while you're inside is part of the service — never billed, never touched by the tab. Clean, as-planned night? The whole $150 comes back.
Payment. Cash App $PayRollingHills, Apple Pay, PayPal (@OffEarthLLc), or cash — balance due at pickup. Tolls, parking, and airport fees added at cost. Hourly blocks end at the booked time. Tips are never expected and always appreciated — cash or Cash App, any time the night moves you.
Coffee runs & errands. $10 errand fee. Order ahead in the store's app under your name and I'll grab it — fastest for everyone. If I pay at the counter instead, the item cost is added to your bill, receipt kept. Exact store, address, and order details go in your booking. If I'm placing the order myself, the wait can push your pickup back — ordering ahead keeps us on time.
Plan your stops. Multi-stop night? List every address in the booking form and the whole route is locked before I arrive — no mid-ride guesswork.
Waiting at stops. On per-mile rides, the first 10 minutes at every stop are free — quick grabs cost nothing. After that, waiting is 50¢ a minute. Full errand run? Book the Hourly Driver instead — usually the better deal for you. Hourly, Half-Day, Full-Day, and Night Out bookings already include waiting — the meter never runs while I stand by.
Driver's discretion. I can decline any ride where safety or respect is in question. Credits are prepayment, not priority — every booking still follows the notice rules and the calendar. If I ever end a booking relationship, your unused balance comes back to you in full.
